Attended the course at London Business School in September 1991 on Systems Thinking and Strategic Modeling for Senior Managers. Subsequently developed a detailed macro-economic model of the building industry, based on the iThink Strategic Modeling Software Package. Attended an advanced programme in Executive Reinvention with Goss Reid Associates, Austin, Texas, U S A in February/March 1997. Subsequently developed the BMI-BRSCU Leadership – Reinvention Programme, an intensive two-day workshop guaranteed to reinvent and transform participants. This multi-disciplinary and multi-functional workshop is regularly offered for individuals from different companies, as well as for customised in-company programmes.
Presented a Master Class on Leadership and a paper on the Business Implications of Complexity Science at the International Conference on Creativity and Leadership in Entrepreneurship at the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, July 2002, and at De Montfort University in Sandton, South Africa in October 2002. In September 2003, presented this Master Class at the University of Greenwich and University de Loule, Algarve, Portugal and at De Montfort SA In October 2005 presented the Masterclass at UNISA Graduate School of Business Leadership
